Staffordshire & Shropshire Land Rover Club, known widely as ‘Staffs & Shrops’ or ‘S&S’ was formed in 1964 and remains today a competitive club, hosting a variety of events including TYRO, RTV, CCV and Comp Safari, and details of all these events can be found under the ‘Disciplines’ tab. We are members of the Association of Land Rover Club, known as the ‘ALRC’, an association with regional clubs all over the UK and overseas. We are also registered with Motorsport UK, the governing body of four wheel motorsport in the UK*.
Committee meetings are held a couple of times a year at The Swan at Whiston at 8pm. Members are welcome to attend, but please notify the Secretary in advance and to find out when the next one is.
Standing Requirement
A new rule introduced for 2020 affect all those that plan on driving or acting as a passenger at all S&S events – all those aged 18 or over must also hold a Motorsport UK RS Clubman Licence – these are availabe by by clicking the link below and are free of charge.
Other club events may need a higher grade licence, so please check with them before entering.
