OPEN Comp Safari – Open to all Members of Motorsport UK Clubs.
£75 pre-booked – £95 if paid on the day (limited to 60 entries).
Scrutineering from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday, and 8am to 9am prompt on Monday.
Competition starts at 10am, and will finish by 4pm.
Under General Regulation D20.1 entries cannot be accepted on the day for National B Comp Safaris, and must be a minimum of three days before the event begins. Therefore pre-booking will close on the Thursday before the event. If you cannot pre-book via PayPal or via cheque/cash ahead of time, please contact the pre-booking officer Dannii on email@example.com to tell her that you would like to be added to the entry list, then pay on the day at the higher price.
Camping available Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights @ £10 per night or £25 for all three – those that pay on the day will incur a further £5 charge on top of their stay (this event only). Toilets will be on site and catering will be provided by Boundary Bangers – there will be a social tent to meet in, but bring your own beers.
Please note when booking in that a Running No. is required for Comp Safari – we will contact you if the number is already allocated.
You must put your class down on the booking in – choosing from:-
Class 1 ‐ Independent Suspension (all engines)
Class 2 ‐ Coil Sprung Beam Axle, engine size 4,000cc or more
Class 3 ‐ Coil Sprung Beam Axle, engine size 3,999cc or less
Class 4 ‐ Coil Sprung Diesel (all engines)
Class 5 ‐ Leaf Sprung (all engines)
Class 6 ‐ Production Vehicles (all engines) *
Class 7 ‐ Two Wheel Drive (all engines)
Class 8 – Sports Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) – all engine sizes #
* Entrants in class 6 will be allowed at the discretion of the scrutineer

This event is Round 1 of the 2019 Comp Safari Interclub Championship, but is open to all drivers on a first come first served basis – details of the CSIC, including how to register, can be found HERE.

From The North: M6 Junction 15, take the A519 towards Eccleshall. After about 4 miles you will meet the first roundabout (or island, if you’m a brummie) turn left there onto the A51, after 1/2 mile turn right to Swynnerton, there turn right and go about 2 miles to Cold Meece, there turn left onto Meece Road, after about 1/4 mile turn right through the gate onto the site.
From the South: M6 Junction 14, take A5013 to Eccleshall. In Eccleshall bear right at first mini roundabout, straight over second roundabout on A519 towards Newcastle. As you leave Eccleshall take the right turn towards Drake Hall, Raleigh Hall and Swynnerton. At Cold Meece, turn right onto Meece Road after 1/4 mile turn right through the gate onto the site.
