AGM and Prize Giving

All members are invited to the S&S Annual General Meeting to be held at Lymestone Brewery, Mt Industrial Estate, The Old brewery, Mount Rd, Stone ST15 8LL, on 30th January 2026, with proceedings starting at approximately 8pm.

Please note that all positions on the committee are open for members to take on, and nominations are invited by completing the form that will be sent out to members via email, together with an agenda for the evening. Completed nomination forms are to be returned to the Secretary by Monday 5th January.

Refreshments will be served at approx. 7:30pm ahead of proceedings. The AGM is then followed by the Annual Prize Giving for the 2025 club and league trophies. This is also your opportunity to volunteer for Clerk of Course positions for the 2026 season.
